Why register?

Kali Protectives offers its customers who have purchased a Kali Motorsports helmet a limited Crash Replacement Assistance (CRA) Program. If you have damaged your Kali Motorsports helmet in a crash, you may file a claim after you've registered your helmet below. Once you've registered, please fill out at CRA claim to purchase a replacement helmet at 25% discount off of MSRP. You may be required to ship your helmet to Kali for inspection prior to receiving a replacement helmet.

How do I participate in the CRA Policy?

First, please register your helmet below. This should be done soon after purchasing your helmet, and must be done prior to filing an CAR claim. After you've registered and find yourself needing to replace your crashed helmet, fill out our CRA Claim here.

How do I know if my helmet qualifies for CRA?

Your helmet must have been damaged in a crash to be eligible for replacement under CRA. As part of the claim process, you will need to submit photos and a description of your crash for review and approval by Kali Warranty. The Warranty representative will then provide instructions on how to proceed.

Why do I need to send in my old helmet?

Kali uses crashed helmets for in-depth performance analysis. 

If the helmet is inspected and does not qualify for replacement under CRA, the helmet will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Is the CRA Policy available where I live?

The CRA Policy is global and is available to Kali customers around the world. The cost of shipping may vary depending on your location and the location of the nearest Kali CRA center.
